Object Control Window activated by wrist tap

Would it be possible to have the object control window open up in front of the user in a way similar to the Hololens Start window? My users would like to 'walk around inside' the model and in this user environment it would be nice to have quick access to the object control panel without walking out of the model to find the object control panel.
